Developer to upgrade road under Calderwood agreement | Illawarra Mercury

The primary developer behind the Calderwood urban development project will provide for the upgrade of Calderwood Road, potentially paving the way for another 1000 homes at the site. Lendlease will cover the cost of upgrading the road from the development area’s eastern boundary to Tripoli Way, including Manson’s Bridge, after Shellharbour City councillors unanimously agreed to the deed of agreement at Tuesday’s extraordinary meeting. The road upgrade was a condition of approval of the Calderwood concept plan, which was granted 11 years ago.
